J H Kersey is a financial business consultant and CPA. He has served as a Chief Financial Officer for a number of hospitals and other organizations during his professional career. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has published numerous of articles in journals, magazines and on the web. He participated in the writing of the healthcare industry audit guide that was published by the American Institute of CPA's while serving on their national healthcare committee and served for 7 years as an editorial advisor for the Journal of Accountancy published by the AICPA. He is also an adjunct instructor for graduate business studies at Webster University.
